Scott A. Uttley, MD
"I enjoy the challenge of working with patients to achieve their best possible vision. My ultimate goal is to be a good communicator and provide my patients the necessary information and resources, so that they can make the best possible decision regarding their eye care.
I find ophthalmology to be one of the most rewarding fields as it offers the unique opportunity to improve a person’s quality of life."
